कोटि कोटि गिरि सिखर प्रहारा। करहिं भालु कपि एक एक बारा॥ मुर्‌यो न मनु तनु टर्‌यो न टार्‌यो। जिमि गज अर्क फलनि को मार्‌यो॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

koṭi koṭi giri sikhara prahārā। karahiṃ bhālu kapi eka eka bārā॥ muryo na manu tanu ṭaryo na ṭāryo। jimi gaja arka phalani ko māryo॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

The bears and monkeys struck him, one blow at a time, with the peaks of millions of mountains; yet neither his mind nor his body was shaken, just as an elephant is unaffected by blows from arka fruit.
