जौं मम चरन सकसि सठ टारी। फिरहिं रामु सीता मैं हारी॥ सुनहु सुभट सब कह दससीसा। पद गहि धरनि पछारहु कीसा॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jauṃ mama carana sakasi saṭha ṭārī। firahiṃ rāmu sītā maiṃ hārī॥ sunahu subhaṭa saba kaha dasarīsā। pada gahi dharani pachārahu kīsā॥ 5 ॥
Meaning
[And he said:] 'O fool! If you can move my foot, then Rama will return, and I will have lost Sita.' Ravana said, 'Listen, all you heroes; seize the monkey by the feet and dash him to the ground.'
