इंद्रजीत आदिक बलवाना। हरषि उठे जहँ तहँ भट नाना॥ झपटहिं करि बल बिपुल उपाई। पद न टरइ बैठहिं सिरु नाई॥ ६ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

iṃdrajīta ādika balavānā। haraṣi uṭhe jahaṃ tahaṃ bhaṭa nānā॥ jhapaṭahiṃ kari bala bipula upāī। pada na ṭarai baiṭhahiṃ sira nāī॥ 6 ॥

Meaning

Indrajit (Meghnad) and many other powerful warriors rose up here and there in joy. They rushed forward, trying many forceful means. But the foot would not move; so they sat down again with their heads bowed.
