जासु परसु सागर खर धारा। बूड़े नृप अगनित बहु बारा॥ तासु गर्ब जेहि देखत भागा। सो नर क्यों दससीस अभागा॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

jāsu parasu sāgara khara dhārā। būḍe nṛpa aganita bahu bārā॥ tāsu garba jehi dekhat bhāgā। so nara kyoṃ dasasīsa abhāgā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

The fierce current of whose axe was like an ocean in which countless kings drowned again and again; whose pride fled the moment he was seen—how can such a man be called unlucky, O unlucky Dashasisha?
