राम मनुज कस रे सठ बंगा। धन्वी कामु नदी पुनि गंगा॥ पसु सुरधेनु कल्पतरु रूखा। अन्न दान अरु रस पीयूषा॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma manuja kasa re saṭha baṅgā। dhanvī kāmu nadī puni gaṅgā॥ pasu suradhenu kalpataru rūkha। anna dāna aru rasa pīyūṣā॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Why, you arrogant fool! Is Shri Ramchandra merely a man? Is Cupid just a bowman? Is a river anything like the Ganga? Is Kamadhenu merely an animal? Is the wish-fulfilling tree just a tree? Is food merely a gift? And is nectar just some drink?
