सुनि अंगद सकोप कह बानी। बोलु सँभारि अधम अभिमानी॥ सहसबाहु भुज गहन अपारा। दहन अनल सम जासु कुठारा॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
suni aṅgada sakopa kaha bānī। bolu saṃbhāri adhama abhimānī॥ sahasabāhu bhuja gahana apārā। dahana anala sama jāsu kuṭhārā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Hearing these words, Angad said angrily, "Speak carefully, you vile and arrogant one! The axe of the one whose blade was like fire, capable of burning the vast forest of Sahasrabahu's arms..."
