अब जनि बतबढ़ाव खल करही। सुनु मम बचन मान परिहरही॥ दसमुख मैं न बसीठीं आयउँ। अस बिचारि रघुबीर पठायउँ॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
aba jani batabaṛhāva khala karahī। sunu mama bacana māna pariharahī॥ dasamukha maiṃ na basīṭhīṃ āyauṃ। asa bicāri raghubīra paṭhāyauṃ॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
O wicked one, do not boast now. Hear my words and give up your pride! O ten-faced one, I have not come as a negotiator. Lord Raghubir has sent me after considering this.
