सुनि हरषीं सब सखीं सयानी। सिय हियँ अति उतकंठा जानी॥ एक कहइ नृपसुत तेइ आली। सुने जे मुनि सँग आए काली॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

suni haraṣīṃ saba sakhīṃ sayānī। siya hiyaṃ ati utakaṃṭhā jānī॥ eka kahai nṛpasuta tei ālī। sune je muni saṃga āe kālī॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

Hearing this and understanding Sita's great eagerness, all the wise companions rejoiced. Then one said, 'O friend, these are the very princes who, it is said, came yesterday with the sage.'
