संभुगिरा पुनि मृषा न होई। सिव सर्बग्य जान सबु कोई॥ अस संसय मन भयउ अपारा। होइ न हृदयँ प्रबोध प्रचारा॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

saṃbhugirā puni mṛṣā na hoi। siva sarbagya jāna sabu koī॥ asa saṃsaya mana bhaya’u apārā। hoi na hṛdayaṃ prabodha pracārā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

Shiva's words cannot be false. Everyone knows that Shiva is omniscient. Such an immense doubt arose in Sati's mind that no awakening of understanding took place in her heart.
