रावन बान छुआ नहिं चापा। हारे सकल भूप करि दापा॥ सो धनु राजकुअँर कर देहीं। बाल मराल कि मंदर लेहीं॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

rāvana bāna chuā nahim cāpā। hāre sakala bhūpa kari dāpā॥ so dhanu rājakuaṃra kara dehīṃ। bāla marāla ki mandara lehīṃ॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

Ravana and Banasura did not even touch this bow, and all the kings were defeated in their pride. Yet they are placing that bow in the hand of this tender prince. Can a baby swan lift Mount Mandara?
