गुर सन कहब सँदेसु बार बार पद पदुम गहि। करब सोइ उपदेसु जेहिं न सोच मोहि अवधपति॥ १५१ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
guru sana kahaba saṃdesu bāra bāra pada paduma gahi। karaba soi upadesu jehiṃ na soca mohi avadhapati॥ 151 ॥
Meaning
Again and again, holding the lotus feet, tell my message to the guru: let him give such counsel that the Lord of Ayodhya, my father, may not remain sorrowful because of me.

This is Soratha 151 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Dashrath's Last Words and His Death”. The episode describes Dasharatha's grief-stricken final words to Sumantra and his death from separation from Rama.
