सुनहु राम कर सहज सुभाऊ। जन अभिमान न राखहिं काऊ॥ संसृत मूल सूलप्रद नाना। सकल सोक दायक अभिमाना॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sunahu rāma kara sahaja subhāū। jana abhimāna na rākhahiṃ kāū॥ saṃsṛta mūla sūlaprada nānā। sakala soka dāyaka abhimānā॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Hear Rama’s natural disposition: He does not allow pride to remain in His devotee. Pride is the root of the world of birth and death; it brings forth many kinds of suffering and all sorrow.
