राम प्रान प्रिय नाथ तुम्ह सत्य बचन मम तात। पुनि पुनि मिलत भरत सुनि हरष न हृदयँ समात॥ २ (क) ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

rāma prāna priya nātha tumha satya vacana mama tāta। puni puni milata bharata suni haraṣa na hṛdayaṁ samāta॥ 2 (a) ॥

Meaning

Hanuman said, ‘O Lord, you are dear to Rama as life itself. Dear fatherly one, my words are true.’ Hearing this, Bharata was filled with joy again and again; his heart could not contain its happiness.
