फूलहिं फरहिं सदा तरु कानन। रहहिं एक सँग गज पंचानन॥ खग मृग सहज बयरु बिसराई। सबन्हि परस्पर प्रीति बढ़ाई॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
phūlahiṃ farahiṃ sadā taru kānana। rahahiṃ eka saṅga gaja pañcānana॥ khaga mṛga sahaja bayaru bisarāī। sabhani paraspara prīti baṛhāī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
The trees in the forests always blossom and bear fruit. The elephant and the lion dwell together as friends. Birds and beasts have forgotten their natural enmity and have increased mutual affection.
