कूजहिं खग मृग नाना बृंदा। अभय चरहिं बन करहिं अनंदा॥ सीतल सुरभि पवन बह मंदा। गुंजत अलि लै चलि मकरंदा॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kūjahiṃ khaga mṛga nānā bṛndā। abhaya carahiṃ bana karahiṃ anandā॥ sītala surabhi pavana baha mandā। guṃjata ali lai cali makarantā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

Birds and beasts of many kinds call out; fearlessly they roam the forest and delight there. A cool, gentle, fragrant breeze keeps blowing. The bees, taking nectar as they go, hum softly.
