दंड जतिन्ह कर भेद जहँ नर्तक नृत्य समाज। जीतहु मनहि सुनिअ अस रामचंद्र कें राज॥ २२ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
daṇḍa jatinha kara bheda jahaṃ nartaka nṛtya samāja। jītahu manahi suni'a asa rāmacaṃdra keṃ rāja॥ 22 ॥
Meaning
In Rama's reign, punishment belongs only to ascetics, 'division' belongs only to the circle of dancers, and the word 'conquest' is heard only in the sense of conquering the mind. In other words, the four political measures—conciliation, gifts, punishment, and division—are no longer needed, for there are no enemies, no crime, and no hostility.
