परबस जीव स्वबस भगवंता। जीव अनेक एक श्रीकंता॥ मुधा भेद जद्यपि कृत माया। बिनु हरि जाइ न कोटि उपाया॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
parabasa jīva svabasa bhagavaṃtā। jīva aneka eka śrīkaṃtā॥ mudhā bheda jadyapi kṛta māyā। binu hari jāi na koṭi upāyā॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
The soul is dependent, while the Lord is independent; souls are many, while the Lord of Lakshmi is one. Though this distinction is false and created by maya, it cannot be overcome by billions of efforts without devotion to Hari.
