नौकारूढ़ चलत जग देखा। अचल मोहबस आपुहि लेखा॥ बालक भ्रमहिं न भ्रमहिं गृहादी। कहहिं परस्पर मिथ्याबादी॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
naukārūḍha calata jaga dekhā। acala mohabasa āpuhi lekhā॥ bālaka bhramahīṃ na bhramahīṃ gṛhādī। kahahiṃ paraspara mithyābādī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
A person riding in a boat sees the world as moving, while under delusion he thinks himself motionless. Children think the house and so on are moving, not themselves; and they call one another liars.
