एक पिता के बिपुल कुमारा। होहिं पृथक गुन सील अचारा॥ कोउ पंडित कोउ तापस ग्याता। कोउ धनवंत सूर कोउ दाता॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

eka pitā ke bipula kumārā। hohiṃ pṛthaka guna sīla acārā॥ kou paṇḍita kou tāpasa gyātā। kou dhanavanta sūra kou dātā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

A single father may have many sons, each with distinct qualities, temperament, and conduct. Some are learned, some ascetics, some wise, some wealthy, some brave, and some charitable.
