सब उदार सब पर उपकारी। बिप्र चरन सेवक नर नारी॥ एकनारि ब्रत रत सब झारी। ते मन बच क्रम पति हितकारी॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
saba udāra saba para upakārī। bipra carana sevaka nara nārī॥ ekanāri brata rata saba jhārī। te mana baca krama pati hitakārī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
All men and women are generous and helpful to others, and all serve at the feet of the Brahmins. All men observe the vow of one wife. Likewise, women, in mind, speech, and action, seek only their husband's well-being.
