बंधन काटि गयो उरगादा। उपजा हृदयँ प्रचंड बिषादा॥ प्रभु बंधन समुझत बहु भाँती। करत बिचार उरग आराती॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
bandhana kāṭi gayo uragādā। upajā hṛdayaṃ pracaṇḍa biṣādā॥ prabhu bandhana samujhata bahu bhāṃtī। karata bicāra uraga ārātī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Garuda, the enemy of serpents, cut the bonds and departed; then terrible sorrow arose in his heart. Remembering the Lord’s bondage in many ways, Garuda, foe of serpents, began to reflect deeply.
