सुभट सकल चारिहुँ दिसि जाहू। धरि धरि भालु कीस सब खाहू॥ उमा रावनहि अस अभिमाना। जिमि टिट्टिभ खग सूत उताना॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
subhaṭa sakala cārihum̐ disi jāhū। dhari dhari bhālu kīsa saba khāhū॥ umā rāvanahi asa abhimānā। jimi ṭiṭṭibha khaga sūta utānā॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
And he said, O warriors, all of you go in the four directions and seize the bears and monkeys one by one and devour them. O Uma, Ravana was so arrogant that he was like the tittibha bird sleeping with its feet upward, as though it could hold up the sky.
