सोउ मन समुझि त्रास नहिं मोरें। लिखा बिरंचि जरठ मति भोरें॥ आन बीर बल सठ मम आगें। पुनि पुनि कहसि लाज पति त्यागें॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sou mana samujhi trāsa nahiṃ moreṃ। likhā birañci jaraṭha mati bhoreṃ॥ āna bīra bala saṭha mama āgeṃ। puni puni kahasi lāja pati tyāgeṃ॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Even after thinking of that, there is no fear in my heart, for I understand that old Brahma, in his dim-witted confusion, wrote it so. O fool, you cast aside shame and propriety and keep speaking to me again and again of some other warrior's strength.
