सिर भुज बाढ़ि देखि रिपु केरी। भालु कपिन्ह रिस भई घनेरी॥ मरत न मूढ़ कटेहुँ भुज सीसा। धाए कोपि भालु भट कीसा॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

sira bhuja bāṛhi dekhi ripu kerī। bhālu kapinhaṃ risa bhaī ghanerī॥ marata na mūṛha kaṭehuṃ bhuja sīsā। dhāe kopi bhālu bhaṭa kīsā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

Seeing the enemy’s heads and arms grow again, the bears and monkeys were filled with great anger. “This fool does not die even when his arms and heads are cut off!” With such fury, the bear and monkey warriors rushed forward.
