राम चरन सरसिज उर राखी। चला प्रभंजनसुत बल भाषी॥ उहाँ दूत एक मरमु जनावा। रावनु कालनेमि गृह आवा॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma carana sarasija ura rākhī। calā prabhañjanasuta bala bhāṣī॥ uhāṃ dūta eka maramu janāvā। rāvanu kālanemi gṛha āvā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Keeping Rama's lotus feet in his heart, Hanuman, the son of the Wind-God, set out while proclaiming his strength (that is, saying, "I will bring it at once"). Meanwhile, a spy informed Ravana of this secret. Then Ravana came to Kalanemi's house.
