जरत सकल सुर बृंद बिषम गरल जेहिं पान किय। तेहि न भजसि मन मंद को कृपाल संकर सरिस॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

jarata sakala sura bṛnda biṣama garala jehiṃ pāna kiya। tehi na bhajasi mana manda ko kṛpāla saṃkara sarisa॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

O foolish mind, why do you not worship compassionate Shankara, who drank the terrible poison that was burning all the gods? Who is as merciful as he?
