चले हरषि तजि नगर नृप तापस बनिक भिखारि। जिमि हरिभगति पाइ श्रम तजहिं आश्रमी चारि॥ १६ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

chale haraṣi taji nagara nṛpa tāpasa banika bhikhāri। jimi haribhagati pāi śrama tajahiṃ āśramī cāri॥ 16 ॥

Meaning

[With the arrival of autumn] kings, ascetics, merchants, and beggars all left the city rejoicing. Likewise, when devotion to Shri Hari is obtained, people of all four stages of life abandon their many forms of labor and effort.
