सुनि गुरु बचन चरन सिरु नावा। हरषु बिषादु न कछु उर आवा॥ ठाढ़े भए उठि सहज सुभाएँ। ठवनि जुबा मृगराजु लजाएँ॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

suni guru bacana carana siru nāvā। haraṣu biṣādu na kachu ura āvā॥ ṭhāṛhe bhae uṭhi sahaja subhāẽ। ṭhavani jubā mṛgarāju lajāẽ॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

Hearing the guru's words, Shri Ram bowed His head to his feet. Neither joy nor sorrow entered His heart, and He rose naturally, with such bearing that even a young lion would feel ashamed.
