सारद दारुनारि सम स्वामी। रामु सूत्रधर अंतरजामी॥ जेहि पर कृपा करहिं जनु जानी। कबि उर अजिर नचावहिं बानी॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

sārada dārunāri sama svāmī। rāmu sūtradhara antarajāmī॥ jehi para kṛpā karahiṃ janu jānī। kabi ura ajira nacāvahiṃ bānī॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

Goddess Saraswati is like a puppet, and the omniscient Lord Rama is the puppeteer who controls the string. On whichever poet He bestows His grace, knowing him to be His own devotee, He makes speech dance in the courtyard of that poet’s heart.
