सकइ उठाइ सरासुर मेरू। सोउ हियँ हारि गयउ करि फेरू॥ जेहिं कौतुक सिवसैलु उठावा। सोउ तेहि सभाँ पराभउ पावा॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sakai uṭhāi sarāsura merū। sou hiyaṃ hāri gayau kari pherū॥ jehiṃ kautuka sivasailu uṭhāvā। sou tehi sabhāṃ parābhau pāvā॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Even Bana, who could lift Mount Meru, withdrew in defeat. And he who, in sport, had lifted Kailash was defeated in that assembly.
