राजा सबु रनिवास बोलाई। जनक पत्रिका बाचि सुनाई॥ सुनि संदेसु सकल हरषानीं। अपर कथा सब भूप बखानीं॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rājā sabu ranivāsa bolāī। janaka patrikā bāci sunāī॥ suni sandeṣu sakala harṣānīṃ। apara kathā saba bhūpa bakhānīṃ॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
The king summoned the entire royal household and read aloud Janak’s letter. Hearing the message, all the queens were filled with joy. Then the king described all the other बातें he had heard from the envoys.
