पानिग्रहन जब कीन्ह महेसा। हियँ हरषे तब सकल सुरेसा॥ बेदमंत्र मुनिबर उच्चरहीं। जय जय जय संकर सुर करहीं॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
pānigrahana jaba kīhna mahesā। hiyaṃ haraṣe taba sakala suresā॥ bedamantra munibara uccarahīṃ। jaya jaya jaya saṃkara sura karahīṃ॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
When Mahesha (Shiva) took Parvati’s hand in marriage, all the gods, including Indra and the others, rejoiced greatly in their hearts. The foremost sages began reciting the Vedic मंत्रs, and the gods raised cries of victory for Shankar.
