नृप सब नखत करहिं उजिआरी। टारि न सकहिं चाप तम भारी॥ कमल कोक मधुकर खग नाना। हरषे सकल निसा अवसाना॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nṛpa saba nakhata karahiṃ ujiyārī। ṭāri na sakahiṃ cāpa tama bhārī॥ kamala koka madhukara khaga nānā। haraṣe sakala nisā avasānā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
All the king-like stars shed a faint light, but they cannot dispel the great darkness of the bow. As night comes to an end, the lotus, chakora birds, bees, and many kinds of birds rejoice.
