नित नूतन आदरु अधिकाई। दिन प्रति सहस भाँति पहुनाई॥ नित नव नगर अनंद उछाहू। दसरथ गवनु सोहाइ न काहू॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nita nūtana ādaru adhikāī। dina prati sahasa bhāṃti pahunāī॥ nita nava nagara anaṃda uchāhū। dasaratha gavanu sohāi na kāhū॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
The hospitality kept growing each day. Every day there were thousands of forms of welcome. New joy and excitement filled the city, and no one liked to see Dasharatha depart.
