लोभी लोलुप कल कीरति चहई। अकलंकता कि कामी लहई॥ हरि पद बिमुख परम गति चाहा। तस तुम्हार लालचु नरनाहा॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

lobhī lolupa kala kīrati chahaī। akalaṃkatā ki kāmī lahaī॥ hari pada bimukha parama gati cāhā। tasa tumhāra lālachu nanāhā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

How can a greedy and lustful person attain spotless honor? And just as one turned away from Hari's feet cannot attain the highest state, O kings, so too is your greed for Sita equally futile.
