जय जय सुरनायक जन सुखदायक प्रनतपाल भगवंता। गो द्विज हितकारी जय असुरारी सिंधुसुता प्रिय कंता॥ पालन सुर धरनी अद्भुत करनी मरम न जानइ कोई। जो सहज कृपाला दीनदयाला करउ अनुग्रह सोई॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jaya jaya suranāyaka jana sukhadāyaka pranatapāla bhagavaṃtā। go dvija hitakārī jaya asurārī sindhusutā priya kaṃtā॥ pālana sura dharanī adbhuta karaṇī marama na jāna-i koī। jo sahaja kṛpālā dīnadayālā karau anugraha soī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Victory, victory to the Lord of the gods, giver of joy to His devotees, protector of those who seek refuge! Victory to You, benefactor of cows and Brahmins, destroyer of the demons, beloved consort of the daughter of the ocean! Sustainer of the gods and the earth, Your deeds are wondrous; no one knows their mystery. You are naturally compassionate and kind to the lowly; may You show grace to us.
