इहाँ कुम्हड़बतिया कोउ नाहीं। जे तरजनी देखि मरि जाहीं॥ देखि कुठारु सरासन बाना। मैं कछु कहा सहित अभिमाना॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

ihāṃ kumhaḍabatiyā kou nāhīṃ। je tarjanī dekhi mari jāhīṃ॥ dekhi kuṭhāru sarāsana bānā। maiṃ kachu kahā sahita abhimānā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

There is no gourd-like tender plant here that dies at the sight of a forefinger. I only spoke with a bit of pride after seeing your axe, bow, and arrows.
