भृगुसुत समुझि जनेउ बिलोकी। जो कछु कहहु सहउँ रिस रोकी॥ सुर महिसुर हरिजन अरु गाई। हमरें कुल इन्ह पर न सुराई॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
bhṛgusuta samujhi janeu bilokī। jo kachu kahahu sahauṃ risa rokī॥ sura mahisura harijana aru gāī। hamareṃ kula inha para na surāī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Seeing that you are a son of Bhrigu and noticing your sacred thread, I bear whatever you say, restraining my anger. In our line, valor is not shown against gods, sages, devotees of the Lord, and cows.
