गलीं सकल अरगजाँ सिंचाईं। जहँ तहँ चौकें चारु पुराईं॥ बना बजारु न जाइ बखाना। तोरन केतु पताक बिताना॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
galīṃ sakala aragajāṃ siṃcāīṃ। jahã tahã caukeṃ cāru purāīṃ॥ banā bajaru na jāi bakhānā। torana ketu patāka bitānā॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
All the lanes were sprinkled with fragrant perfumed water, and lovely courtyards were prepared here and there. The market was adorned beyond description with arches, banners, flags, and canopies.
