गाधिसूनु कह हृदयँ हँसि मुनिहि हरिअरइ सूझ। अयमय खाँड़ न ऊखमय अजहुँ न बूझ अबूझ॥ २७५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
gādhisūnu kaha hṛdayaṃ haṃsi munihi hariarai sūjha। ayamaya khāṃḍa na ūkhamaya ajahuṃ na būjha abūjha॥ 275 ॥
Meaning
Vishvamitra laughed inwardly and thought: the sage sees everything as nothing but green—because, being victorious everywhere, he takes Rama and Lakshmana to be ordinary Kshatriyas. But this is a blade made of iron, not a lump of sugarcane. Alas, the sage still remains unenlightened and does not understand their power.
