देखि प्रीति सुनि बचन अमोले। एवमस्तु करुनानिधि बोले॥ आपु सरिस खोजौं कहँ जाई। नृप तव तनय होब मैं आई॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
dekhi prīti suni bacana amole। evamastu karunānidhi bole॥ āpu sarisa khojauṃ kahã jāī। nṛpa tava tanaya hoba maiṃ āī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Seeing their affection and hearing those priceless words, the Ocean of Mercy, the Lord, said, “So be it. O king, where could I go to find another like Myself? Therefore I shall come of My own will and become your son.”
