छलु तजि करहि समरु सिवद्रोही। बंधु सहित न त मारउँ तोही॥ भृगुपति बकहिं कुठार उठाएँ। मन मुसुकाहिं रामु सिर नाएँ॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
chala taji karahi samaru sivadrohī। bandhu sahita na ta mārauṃ tohī॥ bhṛgupati bakahiṃ kuṭhāra uṭhāeṃ। mana musukāhiṃ rāmu sira nāeṃ॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
"O enemy of Shiva, give up deceit and fight me. Otherwise I will kill you, along with your brother." Thus Parashurama speaks, axe raised, while Sri Ramchandra bows his head and smiles inwardly.
