बधें पापु अपकीरति हारें। मारतहूँ पा परिअ तुम्हारें॥ कोटि कुलिस सम बचनु तुम्हारा ब्यर्थ धरहु धनु बान कुठारा॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

badheṃ pāpu apakīrati hāreṃ। māratahūṃ pā paria tumhāreṃ॥ koṭi kulisa sama bacanu tumhārā vyartha dharahu dhanu bāna kuṭhārā॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

To kill them brings sin, and to be defeated by them brings disgrace. Therefore, even if you strike, I should only fall at your feet. Your every word is like millions of thunderbolts; you bear bow, arrows, and axe in vain.
