बलु प्रतापु बीरता बड़ाई। नाक पिनाकहि संग सिधाई॥ सोइ सूरता कि अब कहुँ पाई। असि बुधि तौ बिधि मुहँ मसि लाई॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

balu pratāpu bīratā baṛāī। nāka pinākahi saṃga sidhāī॥ soi sūratā ki aba kahuṃ pāī। asi budhi tau bidhi muhaṃ masi lāī॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

Ah! Your strength, glory, valor, and greatness have all gone away along with the bow. Was that the very valor you now claim to have found somewhere again? Such perverse intelligence it is that fate has blackened your face.
