आजु दया दुखु दुसह सहावा। सुनि सौमित्रि बिहसि सिरु नावा॥ बाउ कृपा मूरति अनुकूला। बोलत बचन झरत जनु फूला॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
āju dayā dukhu dusaha sahāvā। suni saumitri bihasi siru nāvā॥ bāu kṛpā mūrati anukūlā। bolata bacana jharata janu phūlā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Today, compassion is making me endure this unbearable pain. Hearing this, Lakshmana smiled and bowed his head, as if saying: your form of grace is truly in accord with you; your words fall like flowers.
