सुरसर सुभग बनज बन चारी। डाबर जोगु कि हंसकुमारी॥ अस बिचारि जस आयसु होई। मैं सिख देउँ जानकिहि सोई॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
surasara subhaga banaja bana cārī। ḍābara jogu ki haṃsakumārī॥ asa bicāri jasa āyasu hoi। maiṃ sikha deūṃ jānakihi soī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Is a swan princess, roaming in the fragrant lotus-groves of the celestial lake, fit for a muddy pond? Thinking thus, as you command, I will instruct Janaki accordingly.
