सुबस बसिहि फिरि अवध सुहाई। सब गुन धाम राम प्रभुताई॥ करिहहिं भाइ सकल सेवकाई। होइहि तिहुँ पुर राम बड़ाई॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
subasa basih i phiri avadha suhāī। saba guna dhāma rāma prabhutāī॥ karihahiṃ bhāi sakala sevakāī। hoihi tihuṃ pura rāma baṛāī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
This lovely Ayodhya, though now ruined, will be well inhabited again, and Rama, the abode of all virtues, will rule there. All the brothers will serve him, and Rama's glory will spread through the three worlds.

This is Chaupai 2, Under Doha 36 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Kaikeyi's Demands, Sumantra Summons Ram”. The episode describes Kaikeyi's two cruel demands plunging Dasharatha into grief, and Sumantra summoning Rama.
