राम सपथ सुनि मुनि जनकु सकुचे सभा समेत। सकल बिलोकत भरत मुखु बनइ न ऊतरु देत॥ २९६ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma sapatha suni muni janaku sakuche sabhā sameta। sakala bilokata bharata mukhu banai na ūtara deta॥ 296 ॥
Meaning
Hearing Shri Rama's oath, the sage and Janaka, along with the assembly, were overcome with embarrassment and silence. No one was able to answer; all were looking at Bharata's face.
