नाह नेहु नित बढ़त बिलोकी। हरषित रहति दिवस जिमि कोकी॥ सिय मनु राम चरन अनुरागा। अवध सहस सम बनु प्रिय लागा॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nāha nehu nita baṛhata bilokī। haraṣita rahati divasa jimi kokī॥ siya manu rāma carana anurāgā। avadha sahasa sama banu priya lāgā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Seeing her lord’s love continually increase, Sita remains joyful like a chakai bird in daylight. Her mind is attached to Rama’s feet; because of this, the forest seems to her as dear as thousands of Ayodhyas.
