मुखिआ मुखु सो चाहिऐ खान पान कहुँ एक। पालइ पोषइ सकल अँग तुलसी सहित बिबेक॥ ३१५ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

mukhiā mukhu so cāhie khāna pāna kahuṃ eka। pālai poṣai sakala aṅga tulasī sahita bibeka॥ 315 ॥

Meaning

Tulsidas says—[Rama said—] the leader should be like the mouth: it eats and drinks alone, yet with discernment nourishes all the limbs.

This is Doha 315 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Ram Gives Sandals, Bharata Departs”. The episode describes Rama gifting His sandals to Bharata and their tender farewell at Chitrakoot.
