मुखिआ मुखु सो चाहिऐ खान पान कहुँ एक। पालइ पोषइ सकल अँग तुलसी सहित बिबेक॥ ३१५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
mukhiā mukhu so cāhie khāna pāna kahuṃ eka। pālai poṣai sakala aṅga tulasī sahita bibeka॥ 315 ॥
Meaning
Tulsidas says—[Rama said—] the leader should be like the mouth: it eats and drinks alone, yet with discernment nourishes all the limbs.
